Member
An individual is given member status once they are registered.
Partner Sites
An external site with whom The Company gives "Partner" status on The Site.
Rakeback Section
The section of the Site where The Company lists a selection of Rakeback offers.
Tracked Account
An external site (either a Partner Site or a or a site listed in the Rakeback Section) with whom a member registers using a link found on The Site.
VIP Stars
These are awarded to Members by The Site for playing at Tracked Accounts. Stars may also be awarded for other reasons at the discretion of The Company.
Member Rewards
The reward scheme manage by The Company to reward their Members.
VIP Prize Draws
Prize Draws held by the company as part of their Member Rewards scheme.
Active Status
Members must play for real money on at least one Linked Account every 90 days to keep Active Status.
- Prospective members must apply using the registration form on The Site.
- Only one membership per person and/or per email address is allowed.
- Once registered, individuals will be assigned Member status.
- To start earning VIP Stars, a Member must have at least one Tracked Account.
- Members must follow the relevant instructions when joining a Partner Site or a site listed on the Rakeback Section in order to allow the account to be tracked.
- Members agree to allow Partner Sites to share information with The Company regarding their wagers or play on any Tracked Account. The Company will never ask for any payment details or personal information.
- VIP Stars are earned at various rates at different Partner Sites and sites listed in the Rakeback Section.
- Members playing in a currency other than US$ will have their VIP Stars calculated using the relevant exchange rate.
- VIP Prize Draws will be held on or by the 10th of every month, unless otherwise stated.
- Members will be notified via email of any prize they have in the VIP Prize Draws.
- Any cash prize, cash bonus or cash reward won by a member will be paid by one of the following methods; cheque, transfer into Tracked account, bank transfer, Moneybookers transfer or Neteller transfer. Alternative payment methods may be available upon request.
- Members may be offered a cash alternative in exchange for any prize won at the discretion of The Company.
- Members may be offered a cash reward in exchange for their VIP Stars at the discretion of The Company.
- Members may be required to maintain Active Status to qualify for monthly promotions.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate membership of The Site at any time.
- Information held by The Company regarding Members will not be shared with any third party without the express permission of the Member.
