The VIP Card Club - Membership Levels

The VIP Card Club offers three levels of membership to ensure we cater for everyone. We are dedicated to rewarding the loyalty of our members, so the more you play the more we can do for you.

VIP Membership

Everyone who registers automatically becomes a VIP Member. VIP Members have access to our first class customer service team and all members are allocated an account manager.

VIP members are all eligible for our Member Rewards once they join one of our partners and opt in. By earning VIP Stars you can win cash prizes and fantastic gifts.

Premium VIP Membership

Once a member has been with us at least three months and earned a minimum of 3,000 VIP Stars they will be invited to become a Premium VIP member.

Premium VIP Members have acess to additional, exclusive promotions and can also request up to three VIP Star Chases each year. With a personal VIP Star Chase, members can earn a guaranteed cash prize or VIP reward by earning a certain number of VIP Stars in a month.

Elite VIP Membership

The pinnacle of VIP Card Club memberships, Elite VIP is available by invitation only.

Every Elite VIP Member is given a tailored rewards package designed specifically to their needs. They will have acess to our exclusive concierge service and the very best range of promotions.
