NEWS ARTICLE - Update from The VIP Card Club
As you will have seen, we've not been updating much in the latest news section! Well we've been very busy with lots of other things so it's time to update you.
The VIP Staking Programme is proving popular and we've had some success stories so far. We have a variety of different options for poker players looking for opportunities so if you're interested please do get in touch with us if you are interested.
The VIP Poker Training has been very well received by our members lucky enough to have attended one of our courses. Many have commented they have noticed a significant improvement in their game since attending and we love helping our members make more money!
Our Forum has been launched and while we are very happy with the look of it we have to admit disappointment in our members' participation so far. We've had plenty of registrations but not much posting so please do get involved and let's try and get some discussion going - particularly in the poker strategy section. This can really help players to develop their poker game.
We've been approached by a number of online poker rooms and online casinos looking to partner with us and be promoted by us. As you all know, we are very particular and only choose the very best online casinos and poker rooms as Our Partners. So we're doing some research and we may announce some new partners soon, particularly if we can get some special offers for our members.
Perhaps the biggest and most exciting news is a project we have been working very hard on for some time. We've just agreed a partnership with a major UK brewer to administer and run a poker league at their pubs and clubs. This is scheduled to start in January, with a trial 12 week season at around 60 venues. If successful we will be adding a lot more venues. The first season will have a £5,000 prize pool up for grabs and will be free to enter for players. We very much hope that our existing members will find a venue near them and also that we will attract a number of new members . We are really excited about this development for The VIP Card Club as it will increase our exposure dramatically and give us the chance to run bigger and better promotions for our members. More news and details will be released soon.
We are as keen as ever to grow our membership and this benefits our members as well as us. The bigger we get, the better we will be in terms of prizes given away and special offers available. So please keep it up existing members, and remember our Refer a Friend programme if you know other casino or poker players that you think would be interested in joining us.
Moving forward, we are going to use the latest news section primarily for news relating to online casinos and poker rooms in general, the live poker circuit and anything else we feel will interest you. News and announcements relating to The VIP Card Club will be published on our Forum.
