I missed the query somehow, I think the tickets have actually been paid as cash rather than tournament tickets. I'll double check they've been paid.

Hi James, I'm still owed a tournament ticket from week 13. I know andybell666 also posted on PL that he was waiting for weekly prizes, so maybe no-one has been paid out from the last couple of weeks? Could you chase this up with bwin please.
