The Regular Player Qualifier will be held at Cake at 8pm (BST) on Tuesday 20th April.

The date is now confirmed for this tournament. Hopefully, players will be automatically qualified for this, but I'll confirm as soon as I know for sure.

It will be showing in the next day or two. Just takes them a couple of days to get it set up.

It seems like this tournament went ahead TONIGHT for some reason, instead of the schedule date. I'm looking into it now.

I know you said it was going to be played tuesday but when I didnt hear back from you and then saw it last night I assumed it had been altered.
A couple of us therefore played it and I won the game, surely I am still entitled to my seat ?

If everyone had played in it then I would agree with you. But it would not be fair on those who did not if we awarded the seat based on last nights tournament.

To be fair, it was announced from the start as being tonight, and it is going ahead as planned so that everyone has their chance.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it was just an unfortunate error by Cake.

Yes it would be unfair to give a seat to what was technically a Heads Up game, when a number of players havent got a seat yet. I went to reg over weekend and nothing was there even on the sunday, but i'll be up for the 'official' game tonight, so good luck!

I meant to pop on before to say a big 'up' to James for your hard work on this league, and the rejig of the prizes and structure for season 3. It does look good mate and it looks like all angles have been covered, so well done and looking forward to the 3rd league already!

Thanks very much for that. I've got a great team with me on this, it's not an individual effort. But it's really nice to hear that we're keeping players happy, and look forward to next season being a success with plenty of new players!

I've been trying to get on cake since 6pm when i got in, it wont connect, I just keep getting this message:

'A problem was encountered trying to connect to our servers. If your internet connection is working correctly please wait a few minutes then try again. 'Error: Update file on server temporarily unavailable. http://update.playdata.co.uk/AppName=CAKE'

All sorted, downloaded cake again to another PC, all seems ok now

Yeah I got on ok thanks James, but managed to donk myself out pretty quick lol. Was between deadeye and bigshot HU when i left it, congrats to whoever won, gl in Luton!

Glad you made it, sorry you didn't fare too well in the tournament. It was deadeye that qualified and the qualifying list will be updated accordingly.
