Member rewards question

Hi VIP people!

Thanks for the newsletter, and interesting to see some of the changes you've made. I have a question about the member rewards.

Obviously you've changed it from the old linked accounts method and you now have to opt in to take part. Does this mean I have to email in my details again to take part in the new scheme? 'cos that's a bit of a pain! Also, what happens to my existing VCC point balance?

On a positive note, I do like the new scheme and it's nice to have the chance to win some cool prizes as well as cold hard CASH!!! I also like the new rakeback site and FINALLY you have some decent rake races!!

VCC points are now obsolete. As you're aware, they were used to determine whether or not you qualified for a specific promotion each month - they didn't hold any redeemable value as such.

In answer to your question - yes you need to opt in. It's a small inconvenience but we have to ask this to comply with poker site rules.

Glad you like the other changes. We're very pleased to be able to offer the option of "real prizes" but the cash alternative option is always there. And yes, the rake races offer some amazing extra value!!
