What are VIP Stars and how do I earn them?
VIP Stars are awarded to VIP Card Club members based on their play at Our Partners. VIP Stars are used to win prizes and/or qualify for our promotions. VIP Stars can be earned by playing poker, in the casino or by placing bets at any of Our Partners, providing you have signed up via The VIP Card Club. See How To Earn for further information.
How do I check my VCC point balance?
You will be sent a statement each month detailing your activity and all points earned.

How do I qualify for promotions?
Some promotions you will qualify for automatically, some require you to earn a certain amount of VIP Starss to qualify. New promotions will be emailed to active members or announced on the Forum.
I've never played or bet online before, where do I start?
The VIP Card Club welcomes everyone from complete novices to highly experienced players. If youe never played or bet online before, all the information you need can be found in our Beginners Guides.
I play high stakes and/or high volume online, what can you do for me?

The VIP Card Club is committed to helping poker players improve. Members are encouraged to participate in the Forum where they can seek advice from fellow members and engage in strategy discussion. The VIP Card Club also run poker training courses as part of the VIP Poker Training programme.
I already have accounts at all of your partners and/or I wish to try a different site out?
